Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a
Learning Solutions Intern
to join the Retail Learning Academy to support a variety of training-related projects and initiatives designed to enhance the ongoing educational development of our Retail and Corporate teams.
Reporting to the Senior Academy Manager in Learning Solutions, this diverse role provides the opportunity to contribute to impactful learning experiences across multiple functions within the organization. This internship offers valuable, hands‑on experience in instructional design, project management, and learning marketing communication within a dynamic and fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
Job responsibilities
As a Learning Solutions Intern, you will assist in the design and organization of high-quality learning content, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s standards of excellence. This internship also provides critical support for data management and the operational aspects of learning initiatives, ensuring meticulous tracking, organization, and reporting that underpin the effectiveness and continuous improvement of our training programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
PowerPoint Presentation Design
Refine visually compelling and effective presentations to support learning programs, leadership communications, and key projects.
Multimedia Content Creation
Develop engaging micro-learning videos and dynamic visual content, employing storytelling techniques to enhance learning assets.
Content Organization and Management
Assist in cataloguing, updating, and maintaining learning resources to ensure easy access and version control for retail and corporate teams.
Data Management
Track participation and completion rates for learning initiatives and update our Learning Management System (LMS).
Translation Coordination & Formatting
Ensure translated learning materials received are accurately organized, properly formatted, and aligned with brand standards for consistency and ease of use.
Learning Communications
Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing communications related to learning programs and initiatives, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Cross‑Functional Learning Support
Assist in other areas of the Academy Team to provide support where needed.
Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
Passion for Learning & Instructional Design, with a focus on innovative and effective solutions.
Proven ability in organizational and project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Adept at collaborative work within fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
Proficiency with graphic design software (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop).
Strong technological acumen, effectively partnering with diverse departments.
Multilingual proficiency and/or translation editing experience a plus.
Criteria
Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
Able and willing to work at assigned location or willing to relocate to NYC.
6‑month contract.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Compensation
Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour.
Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour.
The position requires 4‑5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
