About the Role
A growing home health organization in Western Pennsylvania is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This is a flexible, community-based role with a strong onboarding program, real schedule flexibility, and a $10K bonus for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in your assigned territory
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans alongside the clinical team
Complete documentation using electronic medical records (HomeCare HomeBase)
Travel locally to patient homes within your service area (mileage reimbursement provided)
Manage one on-call shift per week (5p–10p) and one weekend per month
Qualifications
Active RN license in the State of Pennsylvania
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of RN experience — Med/Surg, Telemetry, or ER backgrounds preferred
BLS/AHA certification (assistance available if needed)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Home health experience a plus — not required
