Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and HR operations. Its a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Support new hire onboarding, including document collection and orientation preparation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
Help prepare HR reports and trackers.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Support training and development programs (e.g., LinkedIn Learning coordination).
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in building a career in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus
Familiarity with HR systems or tools is a plus
