Position Summary
The Senior IT & Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead the commercial management and strategic sourcing of the company's IT and indirect services spend. This role is responsible for driving measurable cost savings through contract renegotiation, supplier consolidation, benchmarking, and license optimization across software, SaaS platforms, and technology services.
As Holley continues to expand its digital and enterprise technology footprint, this position will play a critical role in ensuring IT investments are commercially optimized, contractually structured for flexibility, and aligned with market benchmarks.
The role will partner closely with IT leadership, Finance, and Legal to negotiate best-in-class commercial agreements and implement governance across the IT vendor portfolio.
Strategic Objective of the Role
This position is expected to generate significant cost savings and cost avoidance through structured supplier negotiations and proactive contract management, enabling the role to effectively make self-fund through procurement-driven value creation.

Key Responsibilities
IT Strategic Sourcing & Contract Negotiation
Lead commercial negotiations for enterprise software, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and IT service agreements.
Renegotiate existing contracts to align pricing with current market benchmarks.
Implement structured sourcing processes including RFPs and competitive bidding.
Software & License Optimization
Work with IT stakeholders to review software licensing structures and identify optimization opportunities.
Eliminate redundant or underutilized licenses and negotiate flexible licensing models.
Support the company's software asset management strategy.
Vendor Portfolio Optimization
Evaluate the IT supplier landscape and identify opportunities to consolidate vendors.
Develop strategic partnerships with key technology providers.
Drive improved service levels and commercial alignment with business needs.
Cost Savings & Value Creation
Identify and execute initiatives that deliver measurable procurement savings.
Track cost reductions, cost avoidance, and working capital improvements.
Provide reporting to Finance and executive leadership on savings achieved.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with IT leadership to support technology strategy while maintaining strong commercial governance.
Collaborate with Finance to align procurement initiatives with budget planning and cost management goals.
Work with Legal to ensure contracts appropriately mitigate risk and protect company interests.
Procurement Governance
Establish procurement discipline around IT vendor engagement and contract management.
Maintain centralized visibility of IT contracts, renewal timelines, and negotiation opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience
7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or IT vendor management.
Proven experience negotiating enterprise software, SaaS, and IT services contracts.
Demonstrated track record of generating measurable procurement savings.
