Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned tasks
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Qualifications and Requirements:
Saturday availability is required
Cheerful, positive attitude with a love for serving others
Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Stand for long periods of time
