Supervisor, Patient Care Services
for the 4 East Med-Surgical unit. The Supervisor, Nursing and Patient Care Services plays a key leadership role in the department, supporting the manager in overseeing all patient care activity on their unit. They are responsible for ensuring high standards of care, coordinating daily nursing activities, and facilitating communication between medical teams. Assists with the training, mentoring, and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
Education
Bachelors degree – Nursing (required)
Certification/Licensure
Registered Nurse License (required)
Experience
2 years of nursing experience (required)
