Responsibilities:
Networking, wireless, and VoIP technologies
General network infrastructure concepts
Data center, MDF, and IDF environments
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and replacing network devices across field sites
Education/Experience:
Associates degree in information systems, computer science, systems administration, or related area.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security concepts.
Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), and cloud services.
Familiarity with network security best practices, including firewall systems and services.
Minimum of two (2) to four years experience in network systems administration with operations and maintenance of key IT infrastructure in a large / enterprise environment. xywuqvp
Experience in several of the following areas: wired/wireless networks, switches, routers, routing protocols, VoIP, wireless access points, and firewalls.
