Global Law Firm seeking a
Senior Manager of Business Development Training
to
design and lead a firmwide business development training program . This is a
newly created, high‑impact role
focused on building a structured, multi‑level curriculum that supports attorneys at every stage of their careers and aligns with the firm’s client growth strategy.

for BD training

and close collaboration with
Business Development, Talent, and Professional Development leadership
Directly influences
client development, growth, and revenue outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain a comprehensive, multi‑level BD curriculum
for associates and partners
Develop structured learning paths
from foundational BD skills to advanced client origination and growth strategies
Partner with Business Development Directors
on practice‑specific, lawyer‑relevant training
Own and xywuqvp manage the annual BD training calendar , including virtual and in‑person programs
Facilitate and oversee training delivery , both internally and through external providers
Define success metrics and report program outcomes
to firm leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor
to attorneys on BD skill‑building and best practices
7+ years of experience in a LAW FIRM
