Position Summary
Supports global regulatory operations for medical devices and pharmaceutical products across 80+ countries. The role focuses on preparing and managing regulatory documentation, coordinating certificate processing (including notarization and authentication), and ensuring timely, accurate support for international product registrations.
Pay range:
$20 to $30/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length:
12 Months with the possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with global regulatory teams to support product registrations and re-registrations
Prepare, review, and manage regulatory certificates for international submissions
Handle notarization, apostille, and consulate authentication of documents
Track certificate status and maintain accurate documentation records
Ensure compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements
Manage multiple requests with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Become a certified notary to support document processing needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of regulatory documentation processes (preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
