Overview
Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Campus Program Manager to oversee the summer internship program and support the onboarding of new graduates.
This is a hybrid, contract role running from May through August, with standard hours of 8AM-4PM.
Responsibilities
Owns end‑to‑end early‑career program management, including internship and graduate programs, onboarding design, development programming, and participant lifecycle management.
Drives a seamless onboarding experience for campus and experienced hires from offer acceptance through Day 90, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong engagement.
Acts as the connective tissue between Recruiting, HR Operations, Hiring Managers, and the business, continuously improving processes and experiences across onboarding and programming touchpoints.
