Job Title: Project Manager II – End User Lifecycle
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead and support the End User Lifecycle project (BSPRJ002263). This role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of end‑user device management across the enterprise, including forecasting, procurement, and delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure all project management processes and PMO documentation are executed effectively while driving collaboration across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the End User Lifecycle project, including forecasting, purchasing, and deployment of end‑user devices
Own and manage all PMO documentation, governance, and reporting processes
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliverables
Collaborate across IT teams and business units to ensure alignment and successful execution
Day‑to‑Day Activities
Planning and tracking project timelines and deliverables
Managing budgets and financial forecasts
Leading meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
Monitoring risks, dependencies, and project health
Providing regular status updates and documentation
Coordinating cross‑functional efforts to meet project goals
Work Environment & Culture

Frequent interaction with multiple IT teams and business stakeholders
Emphasis on communication, accountability, and teamwork
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of project management experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with financial and budget management
Proven vendor management experience
Solid understanding of core project management methodologies and tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in End User Services or device lifecycle management
PMP or similar certification (nice to have)

Work Schedule & Location
Full‑time, standard business hours
Hybrid work model: Onsite Tuesday–Thursday

Additional Details
Minimal travel required (1–2 times per year; reimbursed)
Open to non‑local candidates willing to relocate at their own expense
Potential for permanent conversion, though not guaranteed at this time
Pay Rate Range
55 - 73 USD hourly
