Front Desk Supervisor

Supervise and support front desk agents during shifts
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
Have complete understanding of Front Office staff's roles and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time
Accurately check AM and PM discrepancy reports
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance regarding room status, guest requests, and maintenance needs
Efficiently process and follow up on guest requests by coordinating with the appropriate departments
Step in as Manager on Duty when required
Previous front desk or hospitality experience required (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in hotel property management systems
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
High work ethic and self-initiative
Ability to calmly work with high demand and/or upset guests
May required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
