Quality Assurance Analyst

Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support large-scale migration and operations on a high-profile Department of Defense contract in Fort Belvoir, VA. The I3TS program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable DTRA’s Information Management & Technology Directorate to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate IT services and mission capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Quality Manager in executing plans and activities that measure requirements according to Leidos policies and standards; lead the Quality Management Meeting and report status to Program and Leidos Leadership.

Measure program performance against contractual requirements; review CDRLs, deliverables, IT Service processes, and support the deliverable lifecycle for compliance.

Assist in creating the Internal Audit Schedule and ensure proper execution; communicate opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.

Identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvement actions; facilitate process improvement activities and quality-focused improvement events.

Provide quality governance across program deliverables, service performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.

Support monitoring of program service performance against SLAs and AQLs, ensuring consistency with service delivery standards.

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including sub-contractors and vendors, influencing project and team decisions.

Manage large projects or processes with a moderate impact on sub-family results, developing solutions to complex technical issues.

Basic Qualifications

BS or equivalent with 8-12 years of relevant experience; or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

Currently possess a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Experience defining or improving processes, standards, or workflows.

Experience with SharePoint and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proven experience developing and maintaining Quality Control Plans (QCP).

Strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience conducting process audits, performance reviews, and root cause analysis.

Ability to prepare detailed reports, deliverables, and documentation.

Ability to multitask and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Experience defining and using quality metrics to guide improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Government and DoD IT and security policies and requirements.

Experience serving as a QA Lead, Senior QA Analyst, or similar role.

Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI-SVC industry standards and best practices.

Experience supporting SLAs, AQLs, or service performance metrics on large government programs.

Current industry certifications in quality management and/or service management such as ISO 9001-20000.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Current ITIL4 Certification.

Pay Range
$92,300.00 – $166,850.00
