Position Overview
Tyko Sign Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead signage projects from concept through completion. This role requires a detail-driven, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leverages technology to drive efficiency, transparency, and exceptional client outcomes. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients—ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with Tyko’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of signage projects, from kickoff through final installation
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Tyko’s proprietary project management tools
Align internal teams on project priorities, timelines, and quality expectations
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Provide timely updates and status reporting through Tyko’s technology platform
Manage client expectations and proactively communicate risks, changes, and solutions
Translate client requirements into clear direction for design, production, and installation teams
Technology & Process Utilization
Leverage Tyko’s enterprise resource management and procurement systems for accurate project tracking and reporting
Optimize workflow efficiency using standardized process tools
Identify potential issues early and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across digital tools and workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with design teams to align creative vision with project requirements
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability and fabrication accuracy
Work with installation teams to schedule work, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure precise execution
Quality Assurance & Risk Management
Conduct quality checks at key project milestones to uphold Tyko’s standards
Identify project risks and develop proactive mitigation plans
Maintain accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with company processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in signage, construction, fabrication, design, or manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of project management principles, timelines, and workflows
Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or custom workflow tools)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly adopt new digital tools
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with signage production processes, materials, and installation methods
Experience coordinating with vendors, installers, and cross-functional teams
Exposure to design-forward, custom, or architectural production environments
