Job Overview
Our busy service department is seeking an additional Service Advisor to join our team. The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments, effectively relaying customer service concerns to our technicians, communicating vehicle maintenance and repair options, and providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow-up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements
Previous service department experience is a plus
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
Very energetic personality
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
