Through My Life My Home, individuals with developmental disabilities are provided support to live as independently as possible within the community. My Life My Home manages eight Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) throughout St. Clair and Clinton Counties in Illinois. The individuals who reside at the CILAs are provided daily supports from a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals, this may include personal care, cooking and assistance with meals, personal hygiene and grooming, cleaning inside their home, supporting each care plan and daily documentation.

FT midnight shift: W/TH/FR/SAT 10pm-8am
FT evening shift: M/T 1pm-9pm -- Wed/Thurs 2pm-10pm -- e/o Sat and Sun 7am-3pm
Starting base pay $19.05-$21.30 an hour.
Additional $1.00 increase to base pay after completing medication pass certification.
My Life My Home is looking for skilled DSPs who are thorough with their tasks to ensure excellent person-centered care is provided to the individuals we support. Not yet DSP certified? You can apply for our Direct Support Professional Career Training Program.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license with less than 3 driving offenses. A High School diploma or GED is required and must provide proof. A criminal background check and physical is required to meet requirements of the position. The background check includes the DCFS/CANTS check for abuse
eglect with children. You must also be able to complete and meet requirement of a reading and comprehension quiz.
