Facets Migration Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facets Migration Analyst to support data migration and transformation initiatives within the healthcare payer environment. This role focuses on executing data conversion strategies, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation, to ensure accurate and auditable migration of CMS program data into the Facets platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Support data migration and conversion efforts for Facets implementations and transformation projects

Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Analyze source and target data structures, including Facets data tables

Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and issue resolution

Identify data discrepancies and support remediation efforts

Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful data migration

Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Document data mapping rules, processes, and validation results for audit and compliance purposes

Assist in maintaining data integrity across systems during migration activities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Facets platform

At least 3 years of experience supporting Facets transformation projects with a focus on data migration

Proficiency in at least three Facets modules, including Practitioner or Membership

Experience working with Facets version 25.1 or newer

Strong knowledge of Facets data tables and data movement processes

Technical proficiency in SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

Experience performing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
