mid‑to‑senior level Electrical Engineer
with 7–10+ years of experience to lead facility electrical system design and coordinate across disciplines on complex building and infrastructure projects.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead electrical design for low‑ and medium‑voltage systems (480V–35kV), including power distribution, standby/emergency systems, and critical infrastructure.
Serve as Engineer of Record or discipline lead on projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and technical excellence.
Perform and oversee advanced electrical studies, including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analysis.
Drive design coordination across architecture, mechanical, process, and client stakeholders.
Guide junior engineers and designers; review and mentor deliverables.
Interface directly with clients to define scope, resolve challenges, and present solutions.
Support construction administration: RFIs, submittals, site visits, and commissioning support.
Contribute to standards development, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering
(or related discipline) from an accredited institution
7–10+ years
of relevant experience in building systems, electrical design
Strong experience with
power distribution systems, standby power, and critical systems
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, and power analysis tools (e.g., SKM, ETAP)
Demonstrated experience
leading projects or major workstreams
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with
clients and cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences facilities
Experience with mission‑critical or regulated environments
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and applicable industry standards
