Transmission Material Analyst

Desired Qualifications:
A Transmission Material Analyst with knowledge of transmission materials or the ability to quickly learn plays a pivotal role in supporting Transmission Capital projects within Supply Chain by coordinating, creating Purchase Requisition, and expediting the materials required for transmission construction to ensure the right items are available at the right time and location. Responsibilities:
Transmission Material Analyst:
This role partners closely with the 3PL contractor and internal stakeholders (Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Traffic) to ensure accurate materials planning and execution, reviewing and validating Transmission Bills of Material, reconciling system accuracy between
TEAMS and MAXIMO,
sourcing materials through vendor quotes and purchase requisitions.
Compliance, Inventory Control:
This position also supports invoice reconciliation, maintains strong inventory controls and audit readiness, including availability for emergencies and storm restoration efforts.
Project Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of transmission system expansion or improvement projects. xywuqvp
Vendor Relations:
Collaborate with supply chain vendors and suppliers to procure necessary components and negotiate service contracts.
