Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes while ensuring compliance with Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) regulations and internal policies. This role will focus on customer onboarding, periodic reviews, risk assessments, documentation analysis, and maintaining accurate client records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across business and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Support KYC onboarding and periodic review processes by collecting, validating, and analyzing customer documentation.
Assist in conducting customer due diligence (CDD) and risk assessments in line with regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Partner with compliance officers and relationship managers to resolve documentation deficiencies or missing information.
Monitor alerts and assist in investigating potential financial crime risks.
Ensure adherence to FCC guidelines, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
Support reporting, audit requests, and regulatory inquiries as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of KYC, AML, and FCC regulatory frameworks.
Experience working with compliance systems, onboarding platforms, or document review processes.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
