We are presently seeking an AI Engineer toDesign and deliver production-grade AI solutions — including intelligent agents, copilots, predictive models, and automation workflows — while driving AI strategy, adoption, and enablement across the enterprise.

In this role, you will:

AI Solution Development

Design, build and deploy AI agents and copilots (chat, voice, email, workflow, automation)

Develop LLM-powered applications using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)

Implement RAG architectures using vector databases and enterprise data sources

Build predictive models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization

Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms

Help define and evolve RHP’s AI roadmap and use-case prioritization

Identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI-driven transformation

Stay current with the lates advancements in LLMs, agentic AI, MCP, RAG and automation ecosystems

Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and vendors for enterprise adoption

AI Evangelism & Coaching

Educate and mentor teams on how to effectively use AI in their workflows

Conduct workshops, demos, and AI office hours

Enable teams to move from manual processes ? AI-augmented workflows

Act as a go-to internal expert for AI-related initiatives

Communication & Business Translation

Translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable business insights

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bridge the gap between business teams, data, and IT

Act as a change agent driving adoption of AI across the organization

Help teams reimagine workflows using AI, not just optimize existing ones

Influence stakeholders and build alignment around AI initiatives

Deployment, Governance & Reliability

Deploy and operationalize AI systems in production environments

Monitor performance, accuracy, cost, and reliabilityEnsure adherence to responsible AI, data governance, and security standards

Document architecture, workflows, and usage guidelines

Perform other duties and projects, as assigned

2–4+ years in Applied AI, Data Science, or AI Engineering

Proven experience building and deploying real-world AI or automation solutions

Demonstrated ability to take solutions from concept to production

Portfolio or examples of AI systems (agents, copilots, automation tools) preferred

Experience building real-world AI applications or automation systems

Hands‑on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering

Familiarity with:

Agent-based systems and orchestration frameworks

RAG architectures and vector databases

MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar emerging paradigms

Strong SQL and data manipulation skills

Experience with API integrations

Understanding of machine learning fundamentals

Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar

Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Extremely detailed oriented individual with high quality standards

Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast‑paced environment
