Home Instead is looking for
caring and compassionate Care Professionals
to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults in our community. We provide a variety of
non‑medical services
that allow seniors to remain in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.
Overnight Shift Responsibilities
Providing companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Alzheimer’s and dementia care
Treating clients and their homes with respect and dignity
Communicating with clients in a friendly and positive manner
Requirements
Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead
We offer a variety of shifts to fit different lifestyles, but we are especially seeking Care Professionals for awake overnight shifts, typically starting at 7PM, 8PM, 9 PM, or 10PM. Overnight shifts are 12 hours increments, but hours and shift lengths are flexible to accommodate your schedule.
