LPN Extended Hours

What You Should Know About the LPN/RN Extended Hours:
This is a PRN DRIVING position covering New Philadelphia and Woost.
Hours and Availability
4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. one to three days a week.
8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. every other weekend.
Include holiday requirements.
Essential Duties
We provide superior care for patients and their families in homes or facilities. The LPN/RN will provide quality nursing care that meets patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.
Qualifications
Registered LPN or RN with the State of Ohio with no board actions.
One year of nursing experience preferred.
CPR Certified.
Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a 10‑screen drug panel.
