Weyerhaeuser has an exciting opportunity for a Raw Materials Summer Intern located in Zwolle, LA. The Raw Materials team is responsible for the procurement of raw materials from multiple sources according to mill production requirements to support our manufacturing teams and overall business strategies. As an intern, you will gain experience in timber contract pricing, working through complex issues, job site management, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications
Completed at least 1 year of college in forestry or a related field of study
GPA 3.0 or higher
Capacity to work both independently and as a team player adhering to all the safety expectations
Have an interest in hands on work in an outdoor environment
Demonstrable skills in computer applications as they relate to the discipline
Ability to relate, understand and implement the applicable regulatory laws into the assignment
Willing to travel periodically to other locations within the southeast, often in rural areas
Possess a valid driver's license
Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background checks
