We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Physical Therapists Assistant (PTAs) for the Berkeley area.

Available Territories & Pay Structure
We are hiring for three separate territories. Compensation is based on experience and territory assignment:
Alameda County & West Contra Costa County Pay Rate: $104,000 – $125,000 per year DOE – Sign on Bonus of $12,000 – $1,000 hits your paycheck every month (starting immediately) for Full Time status. Coverage Area: Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo.

Responsibilities
Provide direct physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the Physician’s plan of care.
Treat patients to relieve pain, improve or restore function, and support the highest possible level of performance.
Guide and assist patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle re‑education, gait and functional training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training.
Apply physical agents as appropriate, including heat, cold, water, light, electricity, ultrasound, and massage.
Observe and report the patient’s response to treatment and any changes in condition to the Physical Therapist and appropriate organizational personnel.
Educate patients in the safe use and care of mobility aids and equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, canes, and prosthetic/orthotic devices.
Complete online charting in Kinnser immediately after each visit using the provided device.
Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Current California PTA License (Required).
