Overview
We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for our food manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards before release.
Responsibilities
Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials and finished goods.
Record and analyze data to ensure compliance with specifications.
Report deviations and assist in root cause investigations.
Calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment.
Requirements
Degree or certification in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a food or beverage lab environment.
Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
