Music Therapist — Comfort & Connection in Home Hospice

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Music Therapist to provide individualized music therapy services that enhance the quality of life for patients. The Music Therapist will work closely with clinical staff and patients to assess needs and apply music therapy techniques for symptom relief. Candidates must hold a degree in Music and have the ability to perform patient assessments. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
