We are looking to hire a highly trained Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a difference in children's lives.
Compensation: From $90 per hour. Salary and bonus opportunities available. Schedule Monday–Friday. Willingness to travel 25% (Preferred). Location hybrid.
Job Responsibilities
Design ABA therapy plans.
Monitor progress and make adjustments on a regular basis.
Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
Constantly review clinical reports and session notes.
Write reports outlining data and progress for each client.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, and provide training.
Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases.
Qualifications
BCBA certification given by the BACB.
At least one year of experience working with children with autism.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
