Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area for a Clinical System Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with clinical systems, and maintaining system administration processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling user service requests, implementing technical solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure system functionality and efficiency. The role requires analytical problem‑solving and clear communication to support healthcare operations effectively.
Qualifications
Technical Support and System Administration skills, with the ability to provide end‑user assistance and maintain system configurations
Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting expertise to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, users, and other stakeholders
Experience with PACS/RIS a bonus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on‑site environment
Certifications in relevant IT or healthcare technology domains are advantageous
