Overview
Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC) in Waukesha is hiring an overnight Emergency Veterinary Technician. We are offering a $3,000 hiring bonus! This role is ideal for technicians who want to advance their emergency skills, work at the top of their license, and be part of a highly collaborative, well-supported team.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time: 36–40 hours/week (four 9-hour shifts)

Overnights with every other weekend

Some holidays; no on-call requirement

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Shift differentials: $3/hr (4pm–12am), $5/hr (12am–8am)

$3,000 hiring bonus

Responsibilities

Provide overnight emergency veterinary care, including restraint, phlebotomy, catheter placement, and nursing care.

Collaborate with a highly supportive team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

Certified Veterinary Technicians will be given the highest consideration.

Experienced Veterinary Technicians and Vet Tech students encouraged to apply.

At least 1 year of technician experience (ER experience a plus, not required).

Motivated, collaborative, and committed to exceptional patient care.
