Pay:

$21.83 an hour, plus shift differential

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products by operating press equipment, following safety and quality standards, and supporting daily production goals. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving problems, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Safely operate press equipment to support daily production

Set up and prepare molds by:

Cleaning (scraping/vacuuming)

Applying mold release

Loading and leveling molds

Use overhead cranes and scales to move materials

Follow Manufacturing Orders (MO), including materials and step‑by‑step instructions

Perform quality checks using measurement tools to ensure products meet specifications

Operate additional equipment such as press saws, as needed

Use a forklift to move and stage materials (training/certification required)

Keep your work area clean and organized (5S / housekeeping)

Enter basic production information into the system (Movex)

Stay on schedule and help meet production goals

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Manufacturing or hands‑on work experience

Strong attention to detail and safety mindset

Ability to use basic measurement tools

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Team player with good communication skills

Quality inspection experience, a plus

Forklift and/or saw operation experience, a plus
