Position Overview:
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time School Social Worker to join our team for the 20262027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to support students academic, emotional, and social development in a collaborative school environment.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• School Social Work endorsement required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for supporting student success and well-being

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, aligned with school calendar

• Start Date: Beginning of the 20262027 school year

• Compensation: Starting at $55/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services

• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals and interventions

• Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
