Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13‑week contract in Glendive, Montana. Start date ASAP. 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts. Travel position.

Job Summary
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PT to provide comprehensive patient care at a top‑tier healthcare partner in Glendive.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with physical conditions resulting from injury, disease, or surgery.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functionality.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with facility and state guidelines.

Participate in continuing education and stay current with advances in physical therapy practices.

Education & Certification Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.

Current Montana Physical Therapy License required or ability to obtain prior to start.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Compensation & Travel
