Full Time (40 Hour) Night Shift; Monday – Friday from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in MT program or equivalent Science required
Experience:
2 Years Hospital Experience or Medical Laboratory preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
MLS - Medical Lab Scientist Certified by ASCP, AMT, HEW, HHS or NCA 6 Months required
MT(ASCP) - Medical Technologist 6 Months required
MT - Medical Technologist 6 Months required
What You Will Do
Follow established laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, and test analysis.
Adhere to laboratory quality control policies, document all quality control activities and corrective action.
Adhere to all laboratory policies for established acceptability for proficiency testing, corrective actions and resolution of deficiencies.
Communicate directly with clinicians regarding critical lab results and patient care.
Operate, calibrate, and conduct performance checks on laboratory equipment in accordance with lab policies and vendor requirements.
Demonstrate competency in all areas of the laboratory for which patient test reports are issued.
Other duties as assigned.
