Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in the Natchitoches Parish Schools district. The position involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering speech therapy services, and collaborating with educators and families to support students’ communication and language development. The role is primarily based in Natchitoches, LA, though some work from home is permitted as part of a hybrid work structure.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Communication Disorders
Expertise in the assessment and treatment of Speech and Language Disorders
Experience supporting individuals with Dysphagia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Louisiana
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
