Job Summary
Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Water Jet Operator for 1st & 2nd shift positions. Candidates will set up, operate, and maintain water cutting equipment (Wardjet) safely and efficiently, following safety protocols to produce high‑quality fabricated parts per specifications.
Shift Details
1st & 2nd shifts available. Earn 15% more by working the 2nd shift. Weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate water cutting machines in accordance with daily specifications.
Maintain a productive workflow to meet production goals.
Accurately record work activity on routing and material sheets when required.
Safely and efficiently operate tow motors and overhead cranes.
Identify and report issues, including quality concerns or non‑conforming material reports (NCMRs), to the Department Lead, Supervisor, and Quality team.
Minimum Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Years Of Experience
0–2 years.
Specific Qualifications & Skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and written instructions.
Proficiency with fractions and decimals.
Skilled in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
1+ years of experience in a production environment.
