Position Summary:
Responsible for the research, design, implementation, maintenance, and the secure and reliable operation of Paragon Space Development Corporations information systems in support of its business needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer incoming Service Desk calls and provide first response for users requiring assistance.
Track issues from start to resolution via ticketing system.
On-Site Position.
Must have a valid driver license and be able to travel to multiple sites.
Ships out company managed computer equipment.
Troubleshoots and fixes company printers.
Assists with application deployments
Maintain physical inventory.
Assists and maintains technical documentation and desk instructions.
Assist in computer vulnerability protection and remediation.
Assist in maintaining corporate email accounts and distribution lists.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Images computers for employees.
Setup or removal of accounts, telephony, and hardware for personnel.
Install configure and troubleshoot client software applications.
Troubleshoot client hardware.
Troubleshoot Windows 11 and application issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience or 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience.
A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are recommended.
Advanced Knowledge of Windows 10 desktop environments.
Intermediate experience with Active Directory.
Basic understanding of Group Policy
Intermediate networking troubleshooting knowledge.
Network printer support experience.
Must have a teamwork approach to work but also act independently to solve problems when necessary.
Ability to work in complex, diverse environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Basic understanding of IT Security best practices.
Must have a valid driver license.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 to 3 years' experience with providing desktop support within a corporate environment
CompTIA Network +, A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
Demonstrated knowledge of imaging software and imaging workstations
Experience with Active Directory
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure
