Job Description
In this role, you will impact the quality and efficiency of aerospace component production, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell Aerospace by ensuring that parts meet exact specifications and are delivered on time to support critical aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain advanced machining equipment to produce precision aerospace components.

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.

Perform quality inspections and adjustments to maintain compliance with aerospace standards.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Operate and maintain various machines, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in advanced machining operations within a precision manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.

Experience operating CNC lathe, making jaws as well as boring jaws to hold runout.

Strong knowledge of CNC programming, operation, and troubleshooting, along with manual machining skills.

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T standards.

Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometres, callipers, and ID bore gauges.

Familiarity with machining materials commonly used in aerospace, including titanium, aluminium, and stainless steel.

WE VALUE

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in aerospace machining or a similar high‑precision manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

Shift
2nd shift M-F (2pm-10:30pm)

Pay Transparency
The hourly salary range for this position is $32.64–$40.77. Salary may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
