Job Title: Mechanical Assembler $19-21
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling switch points and turnouts by following detailed blueprints and engineering drawings. This position involves the precise movement of materials to and from the workstation while ensuring all documentation and maintenance forms are accurately completed.
Responsibilities
Assemble switch points with precision.
Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to assemble turnouts and crossovers.
Efficiently move switch and turnout materials to and from the workstation.
Complete all product-related documentation, including routing tags and preventive maintenance forms.
Essential Skills
1+ year of mechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read a tape measure to the 32nd inch.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
Experience using an overhead crane.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes.
Knowledge of turnouts, crossovers, double slips, and crossings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
