About The Role
The Operator 2, Machine Liquid - Refiners position is responsible for staging and mixing raw materials on the lines.
Shift Hours
Thursday 1:00am - 7:15am and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 7:00pm - 7:15am.
Shift Differential
20% hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
Perform the duties of an Operator 1
Enter recipe data according to production schedule
Operate batch controller systems, perform data SAP entries
Perform viscosity and quality checks on line sampling
Correct the consistency of paste in a mixer and transfer chocolate as needed
Operate equipment PLC’s
Track inventory, clean magnets and document HACCP
Cross‑train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid
Cross‑train to perform all functions of an Operator 3, Machine Liquid – Mixer
About You
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) year technical degree in manufacturing, preferred
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) experience, preferred
Experience with Microsoft Google Sheets, a plus
Good written and oral communication skills
Experience using a micrometer, preferred
Basic computer usage (keyboard and mouse)
Math skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
One (1) year food manufacturing experience, required
Ability to operate power equipment including forklift and hand card
Ability to stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
Bend, squat, stretch, reach frequently
Ability to climb stairs often
Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs, often
Comfortable working at heights
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the facility
Noise level can exceed .85 decibels
