Aluminum Welder – Monroe, NC
Thriving family‑owned business with a small company feel is seeking a self‑motivated TIG welder to fabricate small aluminum walk gates. Hours requested would be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday–Friday.
Qualifications
Experience in TIG welding, aluminum preferred.
Proficient with hand tools.
Must be able to read tape measure.
Self‑motivated.
Ability to stand entire shift.
Good communication skills are a must.
Reliable and punctual.
Reliable transportation.
Good housekeeping.
Responsibilities
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Follow drawings to meet product specifications.
Weld gates to spec.
Cut and fabricate parts as needed.
Ensure quality by completing continuous quality inspections.
Inventory materials.
Flex into other rolls throughout the facility as needed.
Potential overtime as needed.
Keep work areas clean and free of clutter.
