Assembler – 1st Shift - Hiring Immediately!
Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Locations: Lebanon, New Hampshire and Hanover, New Hampshire

Responsibilities
Assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods as part of a team using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to meet internal and external customer demands.
Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour plus an annual profit-sharing with a target of 20% bonus

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
18 years of age or older
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Attention to detail
Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
Physical Demands
Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Standing for extended periods – 8-hour shifts
Operate handheld power tools
Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
