Behavioral Health Technicians
to support a
24-hour crisis residential program for adults,
an alternative to hospitalization for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. This is a
hands-on, fast-paced role
ideal for someone dependable, observant, and comfortable working in behavioral health.
Schedule:
Per Diem | 12-hour shifts
Days (8AM-8PM) or Nights (8PM-8AM)
What You’ll Do
Supervise and monitor clients in a structured setting
Support daily living activities and appropriate behaviors
Document observations, symptoms, and incidents
Communicate updates to the clinical team during shift report
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred
Strong judgment, reliability, and ability to stay calm under pressure
