Maintenance Tech/ Welder - Bailey Mine Prep Plant
Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.
Job Description
Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed.
Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required).
Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required).
General labor and maintenance support where needed.
Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
4 days on / 3 days off (10‑hour shifts) + overtime as available.
Benefits
Pay increase at 90 days (conditions apply).

Requirements
Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred.
MSHA Surface certification (training provided if needed).
Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair‑follicle test.
Basic hand tools.
Required PPE: Hard hat, Reflective vest or shirt, Metatarsal boots.
