Responsibilities
Process transactions in the Learning Management System according to company training programs
Design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to diverse audiences
Collaborate with management to identify organizational training needs and develop appropriate learning interventions
Assist in initial plan design and enhance existing training plans based on project requirements
Execute testing of system changes and provide valuable feedback to improve training processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a learning, technical, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in training, learning design, or related fields
Strong understanding of human learning concepts and instructional design principles
Experience facilitating group training sessions in diverse settings
Ability to work independently, rely on judgment, and accomplish goals effectively
