Assistant Cafe Manager

Help build and lead a team from day one. We’re looking for an Assistant Café Manager to help launch our Houston location and play a critical role in building a strong, people-first culture. This role partners closely with the Café Manager to drive operations, develop the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Support all aspects of café operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and performance
Coach and develop team members through realtime feedback and training
Maintain high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness
Help drive accountability and performance across the team
Step in to lead shifts and problemsolve in real time
What We’re Looking For
Leadership experience in coffee, food service, or retail
Strong operational mindset with attention to detail
Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
Comfortable in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
Passion for developing people and building strong teams
Compensation & Training Pay
Base Pay: $14/hour
Training Differential: +$9/hour while in training
Designed to help offset the absence of tip share during the training period
Training & Travel Requirement (Important)
3week paid training in San Antonio prior to Houston store opening
Must be available for travel during this time

Hotel accommodations (petfriendly)
Daily per diem provided
Mileage reimbursed (if applicable)
