How You Will Make an Impact
Direct daily field operations to ensure all electrical installations meet strict project specifications.
Coordinate crew assignments and material logistics to maintain peak productivity and hit project milestones.
Supervise on-site safety and quality control measures to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.
Communicate project updates and field reports clearly to management to ensure operational transparency.
Monitor project progress to identify and resolve technical obstacles before they impact the schedule.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven leadership experience within the commercial or industrial electrical trade.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing field documentation.
Demonstrated ability to maintain punctuality and professional communication with team members.
Hard-working mindset with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Work requires good physical shape, ability to lift 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in electrical.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience managing specialized industrial power installations.
Weekly pay cycle with consistent overtime potential.
