PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL EXPERT
Experience Level: Master or Journeyman
Family owned business since 1962. We are located in beautiful Golden Colorado but service all the surrounding Denver & local mountain areas. Competitive pay, great benefits, vehicle that can be dispatched from home, plus much much more!
As our Professional Plumber, you will oversee all scheduled Plumbing Service Calls coming in from our Call Center. You will be responsible for managing materials, labor, and production of Multi Family, Residential and Commercial Plumbing emergency and/or install projects.
Some Essential Functions
Service Calls: Customer Communication planning and development.
Develop onsite planning to streamline material, possible part delivery, equipment usage, and time after Customer Approval.
Assign clear scope of work and responsibilities.
Monitor schedule, maintain meticulous records, ensure consistent quality of work.
Always prioritize jobsite safety compliance.
Attend weekly Staff meetings in office.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Working Conditions
Strong knowledge and experience related to scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge, and installation durations.
Solid understanding of the City/County codes and installation methods.
Proficiency in Service Titan Program.
Basic understanding of workforce productivity and resource planning.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Reliable attendance, punctual.
Professional, positive attitude, and team oriented.
Take pride in your work!
On site working conditions, you must have the ability to continually stand, lift/carry heavy objects, climb ladders, work in variable conditions such as extreme temperatures, with noise, dust, mud debris, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
Colorado Master or Journeyman Plumbing License, required.
Valid driver license, clean driving record
Pass Drug Test
If you are responsible for ensuring seamless execution of Sales Estimates and perform Service Repairs or installations that are completed in a timely fashion while providing the highest level of professionalism and Customer Care in our Plumbing Department - WE WANT YOU!
