8-hour day shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience, preferably in orthopedics. The therapist will manage a caseload primarily comprised of post-operative patients, with some vestibular cases. Our goal is to provide exceptional care while maintaining an efficient, productive workflow.
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and function.
Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
