As the Safety Ambassador, you play a critical role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests and team members. You are the first point of contact at the facility, ensuring each guest is greeted promptly and appropriately while upholding all safety protocols and operating procedures. Your professionalism, vigilance, and commitment to exceptional service contribute directly to the casino's safety standards, guest satisfaction, and overall operational success.
Job Description
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
Greet guests upon arrival, verify valid ID, and ensure all guests are at least 21 years of age to enter the facility
Monitor and maintain headcounts of guests entering and exiting to ensure venue capacity limits are not exceeded
Identify guests who may be showing signs of illness and follow established protocols, including temperature checks and guest service support
Answer guest questions accurately regarding the property, events, and services, and ensure unique needs are accommodated with professionalism and care
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 year of experience in a high-volume guest service or public safety role preferred
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
Strong verbal communication skills and a calm demeanor under pressure or in emergency situations
Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and policy manuals
Requirements
This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana
At least 21 Years of Age
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
Occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
Ability to distinguish between shades of color
Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity

Ability to ascend/descend ladders, scaffolding, or ramps
